I’m Paige Boppel, a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist trained in the clinical gold standard Vodder method of lymphatic drainage.  

I’m also a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, a wife, and mom to two amazing sons. I most definitely understand how important it is to feel your best while juggling real life!

 After more than 15 years of helping patients reduce swelling, recover from surgeries, and heal traumatic scars at one of the top hospitals in the world, I’ve created Sculpt + Heal to bring that same level of expert care directly into your home. 

I believe healing should be safe, evidence-based, and supportive… not driven by trends or delivered by non-medical professionals.
